| First of all I'd like to say that i'm a
compaq tech support agent too. (Sad enough). To get one thing straight, there's a couple of things that pisses me off about the policy's we have to follow and about how sometimes its frustrating to talk to an eu. How stupid can you be? You get this eu who buys a compaq 2266 or 2264 and its Death on arrival. Of course he or she will call technical support, believing that we have a magic swith that we can flip to make everything come alive, or they think that we can fly by and drop them a new PC. Now you get them on the line and then you suggest to them to bring it to a SC (Service Center) or send an on-site. They reply most of the time, yes send an onsite. Now how stupid can you be? Just bring the goddam piece of crap back to the store.. It's only a couple of hours old... Anyways, another thing that bothers me, is that they really force or talk time to be 10 mins, and then they expect us to be gods and fix everything quicky. Of course we end off by telling the eu bullshit to kept or talk time low. A piece of advise, don't buy a compaq... Or if you do, abuse of the system, you pay good money for a warranty and technical support, now call us and give us bullshit...(My keyboard is broken , mouse , etc...) We'll send it to you. You pay good money to get screwed over big time. Nice site, kept it up! |
