BAD service!

I called their support number yesterday. After the recording told me the wait was less than 10 minutes,
I waited for 35 minutes before giving up.

That, their touting the "rebate" without making the strings attached clear, and their clumsy, modem leave me
with the feeling that I really don't like the way they do business.
