Back to TAG!!! You are really into the call times, they make it seem like the end of the world; furthermore, they get on your case if your on for more than 12 minutes. And, well, if that wasn't enough I am sure you know of the positive renforcement there? The best call times get usually, the day off; well, paid of course, or a ball game.

Those are probobaly the ones who hang up on the end-users. There are some people there who their stuff, others just tell YOU the only way to solve the problem is a QUICK RESTORE.. HEHEHE.... THATS WHY THE CALL TIMES ARE LOW... HUH!!!!
