| I bought my first, and LAST compaq in July
98. From day 1 I had severe problems. After a year of relentless hours on the phone with
tech support, they sent it away to a repair center where it syaed for over a month! It
came back with a dead modem!!! Then they sent me to GE wich has our extended warranty,
long story short this is my fourth modem in 2 months and it still soesnt work, I get
atleast 50 error messages a day! I spent 7 hours on phone one day with tech support.
Compaq won't replace. We get a total run around. Rude people, hours on hold and ABSOLUTLEY
NO SATISFACTION WHAT SO EVER! THANK YOU COMPAQ FOR MAKING MY FIRST EXPERIENCE BUYING A
COMPUTER A NIGHTMARE. |
