Frontpage Story #6

I purchased a Compaq Presario around 20 days ago it is a Presario 1235. I bought it at circuit city. To this date this %$#@ computer has caused me to have to redo my Graduate School work at least twice. I also lost a sizeable amount of my graduate
thesis work. the silly computer has also locks up constantly from over heating causing me to have to un-plug the computer and remove the battery when it would not shut off. I tried to ask the support people for some help but all I got was a canned letter referring me to the message boards on Compaq's web site. I have been sold a defective computer. All i want is my money back. So I can buy a REAL computer.
