Well, I have been dealing with Compaq since September trying to get a simple battery covered under warranty. I had service done in April and WOW! They were great...since that time...they have been unable to find my info in the computer...I have faxed it 3 times...placed my order 3 times...and still...I do not get my battery. I am stuck in this vicious cycle...
I have formally requested a person of authority to handle this...but all they say is "fax over your info". Of the NUMEROUS times I have called...I am onhold at LEAST 45-one hour and only 1 person has been able to correctly understand my info. The others, who have had thick accents, have had a difficult time taking down the info and spelling...hmmm. And I wonder why they can't find my info???

I am taking this to the next level...and writing to some of the investigative shows like 20/20 to uncover this company.
