Which Compaq Presario Model Uses the FIC AZ31 Mainboard?

I am building a shitty box and I need to know what model this is so I can get a BIOS update. Also, is the BIOS Setup Utility on the hard drive or the Motherboard? I am building a shitty box just for fucking around with in therms of OS and stuff and need to know a few things about this mobo/original Compaq PC model so I can set it up. Via and FIC have all the Drivers for the mobo, I just need to know about the BIOS Setup Utility.

Specs:

Athlon 1.3GHz CPU
256MB of Crucial PC100 SDRAM
20GB HD
6.4GB HD
Apollo 64MB Geforce2 MX400 Graphics Card
Soyo 8-bay Mid Tower Case
350w Power Supply
8x CD-ROM Drive
??x CD-ROM drive (will know speed tomorrow, I am exchanging one of my gifts at CompUSSUCK)

I have heard that FIC makes decent motherboards and that they are also a large OEM. I can't spend anymore, I have a price windows of $130! The motherboard is $18, it's somewhat outdated. I really need some help here, thanks. Formersupport@42 especially.
