With the specs you listed, the Computer Setup will be on the BIOS chip itself. Unfortunately, I have no access to the schematics anymore, so I haven't got a clue about the model number.
Couple of thoughts, first why not check the FIC site for BIOS updates, then check with whomever sold it to you. It's probably around the 5BW series of machines IIRC, take a look and see what you can find with similar specs and see if the Troubleshooting and Maintainance guide has any pictures of similar mobos.
