I disagree. I'd say 5000+. One to put the CD in the defective pile of crap, and 4999 Compaq or outsource employees to send you the wrong CD.

: B.T.W. How is it that if you buy a computer with an operating system, you do not get the CD for restoring the OS (i.e. quick restore). You must purchase it after your hard drive dies and you have to wait weeks to get it. This mean that you cannot use that computer even though you purchased a newer, better, bigger hard drive.
