Compaq Problems....

I had purchased a new 4400Us June of last year-and Started having problems with it.in september.Bantec came out to repair the system,& ended up killing it(and Compaq recommends Bantec as on site service?)

So,I was sent which looked like a 4400Us,but is a 4000 4LCEX1.Case manager tried to pass it off as a 4400,told me that I was getting a new system-and what I received a refurbished system.Even found a main copy of a quick restore disk that someone had burned in the DVD drive.

I have had nothing but problems out of the 4000- The disks that were with the system? For a Compaq 6031.That's what was loaded on the system-I had to get the correct disks,& load everything.I am having motherboard issues,hard drive going bad,& Compaq refuses to help me get the issue resolved.My warranty is good until Dec.of this year,& Compaq will not honor it.I have not made any hardware changed-nothing.I was told as well-if I had someone repair my system,that Compaq would not have my system repaired,or replaced-We don't do replacements.My system would be bought back at a pro-rated rate.

I don't know what to do anymore.I am beyond fed up.Any recommendations on what do do? Called corporate as well.They don't want to do anything-I was told that all decisions are left up to your assigned case manager.

Now I see why this website was created!
