What country are you living in? Fantasyland? You bitch at a tech rep and they'll hang up on your ass faster than you can say "...and I'll sue you people if you hang up on me".
Best thing you can do is start over... then when you get to the escalations department, they'll figure out that you already have a case manager, and they'll reassign the case to themselves... OR give you the number to your case manager.
