Conclusion, Compaq puts out an inferior product, with poorly configured software, and attempts to back it up with lies and stupid people that will spew those lies and give them a title of "tech support."
The smart one's leave because they can't stand the hypocrisy of it all. If you've been fired from Compaq Tech support, give it up and interview for the position of monkey with the organ grinder!
